Norwich secured their first win of the 17/18 campaign after ending QPR’s unbeaten start to the season.
Nelson Oliveira justified manager Daniel Farke’s decision to put the striker in the starting line up by opening the scoring with a calm finish into the bottom corner early in the second half – which was truly deserved after a the Canaries had dominated most of the first half.
Harrison Reed, who is on loan from Southampton, then secured the three points with a thunderous strike from 20 yards.
We now look forward to the next round of the League Cup, where Norwich play Charlton at home.
On the Ball, City!
